I’ve been there too & still am. As a busy mum of three, I wanted a simple, quick way to move & stay active. I felt uncomfortable in a gym environment. Not that I had time for that with my partner working long hours. I needed an affordable solution given I wasn't working & something that was actually going to give me tone & strength; Soooo... my online workouts began
For the past eight years, I’ve primarily exercised at home. I understand how challenging it can be to attend classes or hit the gym while juggling small children. That’s why I had to find my own motivation and create a way to work out while staying home with my kids.
I became a qualified Pilates Instructor in Mat & Reformer to gain the knowledge I needed to make my workouts strong, intentional & make the changes I wanted.
Through this experience, I learned to strengthen my core, tone my muscles, and improve my overall well being—all from my living room. My mission now is to help women easily incorporate movement into their busy lives, even with kids around or working long hours. Everyone deserves to experience the amazing benefits of staying active, and I’m here to support you!
